【摘要】：正微權力是指權力系統(tǒng)中處于末梢位置,卻發(fā)揮關鍵作用的小權力。微權力雖然不像主權力那樣直接決定組織的發(fā)展方向,卻以潛移默化的方式,用時間的流逝和量的積累,時刻影響著權力系統(tǒng)內部的生態(tài)與對外形象。微權力的實際運行并不是純粹的、良性的自發(fā)狀態(tài),而是多種因素交互作用的結果。微權力作為權力系統(tǒng)的神經末梢和毛細血管,一旦失靈,必然會對整個權力系統(tǒng)產生不可忽視的傷害。因此,加強對微權力失靈現(xiàn)象的研究,無疑具有理論與實踐的雙重意義。
[Abstract]:Positive micro-power refers to the small power in the power system which is in the terminal position but plays a key role. Although the micro-power does not directly determine the development direction of the organization as the main power does, it uses the passage of time and the accumulation of quantity in a subtle way. The actual operation of micro power is not pure, benign spontaneous state, but the result of interaction of many factors. Micro power as the nerve endings and capillaries of power system, Once it fails, it will inevitably injure the whole power system. Therefore, it is doubtless of both theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study on the phenomenon of micro-power failure.
