【摘要】：正責(zé)任追究與官員問(wèn)責(zé)是整個(gè)社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,有力地推進(jìn)了政治文明進(jìn)程,規(guī)范了官員的行為,促進(jìn)了良好行政生態(tài)的生成。但目前在官員的責(zé)任追究中也存在一定的失當(dāng)現(xiàn)象,使部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的行為出現(xiàn)了明顯異化,責(zé)任追究機(jī)制的作用不能正常發(fā)揮。而責(zé)任追究?jī)?nèi)容、程序和作用失范現(xiàn)象的存在,又使得不當(dāng)追責(zé)頻頻發(fā)生,這也為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部行為異化提供了"窗口期"。因此,現(xiàn)如今亟須將不當(dāng)追責(zé)回歸本位,實(shí)行合理追責(zé),
[Abstract]:Accountability and accountability of officials is one of the focus issues of the whole society. It has effectively advanced the process of political civilization and standardized the behavior of officials. It has promoted the generation of good administrative ecology. But at present, there is also a certain phenomenon of misconduct in the accountability of officials, which has caused some leading cadres to appear obvious alienation in their behavior. The role of the accountability mechanism cannot be brought into play normally. However, the existence of the content, procedure and abnormal function of the responsibility investigation makes the improper accountability occur frequently, which also provides a "window period" for the dissimilation of the behavior of the leading cadres. Nowadays, it is urgent to return the improper responsibility to the standard and to carry out the reasonable pursuit of responsibility.
