【摘要】：民主質(zhì)量是民主化的核心。提升高校干部選任工作民主質(zhì)量,首先要明確干部工作民主的諸原則及滿(mǎn)足這些原則的程度,關(guān)鍵是確立科學(xué)的干部選任工作民主質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,客觀分析阻礙高校干部選任工作民主質(zhì)量提升的因素,解決好觀念層面和實(shí)踐層面的民主難點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,廓清高校干部選任工作民主質(zhì)量提升的思路和路徑。
[Abstract]:The quality of democracy is the core of democratization. To improve the democratic quality of cadre selection in colleges and universities, we must first make clear the principles of democracy in cadre work and the degree to which these principles are satisfied. The key is to establish a scientific evaluation standard for democratic quality of cadre selection and appointment. On this basis, the author objectively analyzes the factors hindering the improvement of democratic quality of cadre selection in colleges and universities, and solves the difficult and hot issues of democracy at the level of concept and practice. To clarify the ideas and ways to improve the democratic quality of cadre selection and appointment in colleges and universities.
