【摘要】：黨支部組織生活會是中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)開展批評和自我批評的主陣地主戰(zhàn)場之一,對于加強和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活意義重大,但與民主生活會相比,當前組織生活會顯得明顯薄弱,亟待加強和規(guī)范。加強和規(guī)范黨支部組織生活會的基本思路是:參照民主生活會規(guī)范化制度化建設(shè)經(jīng)驗和藍本由黨中央制定一部統(tǒng)一的關(guān)于組織生活會的黨內(nèi)法規(guī);推動會內(nèi)向會外、黨內(nèi)向黨外延伸,把會內(nèi)會外、黨內(nèi)黨外有機結(jié)合起來;有針對性地著重解決組織生活會不經(jīng)常、不認真、不嚴肅問題。
[Abstract]:The organizational life of the Party branch will be one of the main battlefields for the CPC to carry out criticism and self-criticism within the Party. It is of great significance for strengthening and standardizing the party's political life. However, compared with the democratic life meeting, the current organizational life will be obviously weak. The basic ideas of strengthening and standardizing the organization and life meeting of the Party branch are as follows: referring to the experience of the standardization and institutionalization of the democratic life meeting and drawing up a unified inner-party law on the organization life meeting by the Party Central Committee; Push the meeting to outside, extend the party to outside the party, combine the meeting inside and outside the party and outside the party, and focus on solving the problems of organization life not often, not seriously, and not seriously.
