[Abstract]:The Xi'an incident that took place more than a month after the long March of the Central Red Army arrived in northern Shaanxi, more than a month after the three main forces of the Red Army joined forces, is the pivotal node for the transformation of the current situation of the Chinese revolution. This is a historic opportunity for the Communist Party of China and its people's army under its leadership to open up a new situation. The occurrence and peaceful settlement of the Xi'an incident is to judge the situation with the party Central Committee led by Mao Zedong.
