【摘要】：黨的十七屆四中全會(huì)從全面推進(jìn)中國特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)出發(fā),提出建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),強(qiáng)調(diào)要把各級黨組織建設(shè)成為學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織。高校是培養(yǎng)人才的重要基地,肩負(fù)著把培養(yǎng)中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人作為根本任務(wù)。因此,把高校大學(xué)生黨組織建設(shè)成為學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織,既是順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的迫切需要,也是推進(jìn)高校事業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切需要,又是加強(qiáng)高校黨的建設(shè)的迫切需要。 本文以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),始終遵循歷史唯物主義和辯證唯物主義的原則,以中國化的馬克思主義政黨理論為立論依據(jù),綜合黨的建設(shè)研究的最新成果,對高等學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè)進(jìn)行了探索和研究。首先,闡述了高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè)問題研究的意義。把高校黨組織建設(shè)成為學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織,對進(jìn)一步建設(shè)和完善高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織、促進(jìn)學(xué)生黨員的德、智、體全面發(fā)展以及建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型政黨有一定的積極作用。其次,探討了大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè)存在的問題及成因。主要是對學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè)的思想認(rèn)識不到位,方式、方法缺乏吸引力,機(jī)制缺乏創(chuàng)新,實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)、學(xué)生黨組織功能弱化等方面。最后,闡述了創(chuàng)建高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的基本途徑,要求廣大學(xué)生黨員要牢固樹立學(xué)習(xí)理念,堅(jiān)持馬克思主義學(xué)風(fēng),組織部門要加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的指導(dǎo)與跟蹤,要做到明確學(xué)習(xí)的任務(wù),樹立長久的學(xué)習(xí)意識,通過良好的校園氛圍,以公寓、社團(tuán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、圖書、等為載體,豐富黨員學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的學(xué)習(xí)形式,逐步健全和完善高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè)。 總之,加強(qiáng)高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織建設(shè),必須勇于實(shí)踐,把理論知識轉(zhuǎn)化為提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和社會(huì)服務(wù)的行動(dòng),內(nèi)化為對社會(huì)主義的堅(jiān)定信仰,使高校黨的建設(shè)工作更好地體現(xiàn)時(shí)代性和富于創(chuàng)造性。
[Abstract]:In view of advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way, the fourth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee put forward the major strategic task of building a learning Marxist political party. It is emphasized that the Party organizations at all levels should be built into learning-type Party organizations. Colleges and universities are important bases for the training of talents and shoulder the fundamental task of cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is not only an urgent need to adapt to the development of the times, but also an urgent need to promote the development of the university cause, and to strengthen the Party building in colleges and universities to build a learning-type party organization for college students. Under the guidance of Marxism, following the principles of historical materialism and dialectical materialism, and taking the Sinicized Marxist theory of political parties as the basis, this paper synthesizes the latest achievements of the research on party building. This paper explores and studies the construction of learning-type Party organization in colleges and universities. First of all, it expounds the significance of the research on the construction of learning-type Party organization for college students. It will play a positive role in further building and perfecting the learning-type party organization of college students, promoting the moral, intellectual and physical development of student Party members and building a learning-oriented political party. This paper probes into the problems and causes of the construction of the learning-type Party organization of college students. The main reasons are that the ideological understanding of the construction of the learning-type Party organization is not in place, the ways and methods are not attractive, the mechanism is short of innovation, and the actual effect is not strong. Finally, this paper expounds the basic ways to establish a learning-type party organization for college students, and demands that the majority of student Party members should firmly establish their learning ideas and adhere to the Marxist style of study. The organization department should strengthen the guidance and tracking of college students' study, make clear the task of learning, establish long-term learning consciousness, and take apartment, community, network, books, etc as carriers through good campus atmosphere. It is necessary to enrich the learning content of Party members, innovate the learning forms of the learning party organizations of college students, and gradually perfect and perfect the construction of the learning party organizations of college students. In short, in order to strengthen the construction of learning-type Party organizations for college students, we must be bold in practice, transform theoretical knowledge into actions to improve the quality of personnel training and social services, and internalize it as a firm belief in socialism. So that the party building work in colleges and universities better reflect the times and rich in creativity.
