【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),隨著全面從嚴(yán)治黨的縱深推進(jìn),學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)黨的紀(jì)律思想展開了研究,取得了大量的研究成果。本文在閱讀列寧有關(guān)黨建原著并吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)列寧有關(guān)黨的紀(jì)律思想進(jìn)行歸納和梳理,以求為深化全面從嚴(yán)治黨提供一定的理論支撐。從近幾年研究的成果來(lái)看,對(duì)列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想的研究,學(xué)者們主要集中在加強(qiáng)黨的紀(jì)律性、黨的紀(jì)律的特點(diǎn)、加強(qiáng)黨的紀(jì)律的措施以及黨的紀(jì)律思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值上。在對(duì)這些成果進(jìn)行吸收的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者從列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想內(nèi)涵及加強(qiáng)黨的紀(jì)律的重要性、思想來(lái)源及發(fā)展歷程、主要內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)、歷史地位和當(dāng)代價(jià)值等方面對(duì)列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)而全面的闡述。本文從列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想來(lái)源及加強(qiáng)黨的紀(jì)律的重要性入手,對(duì)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨紀(jì)律的含義和重要性進(jìn)行了詳實(shí)的論述。從其思想來(lái)源和發(fā)展歷程來(lái)看,列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想,既繼承了馬克思、恩格斯有關(guān)黨的紀(jì)律思想,又批判地吸收了民粹派的思想。筆者結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)特定的歷史背景,并根據(jù)不同時(shí)期的歷史任務(wù),重點(diǎn)研究了列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想的發(fā)展歷程,認(rèn)為它的發(fā)展歷程主要經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段,探討了各個(gè)階段劃分的原因、特點(diǎn)及其內(nèi)在規(guī)律。筆者在整體把握其紀(jì)律思想發(fā)展脈絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了歸納和整理,主要包括:堅(jiān)決維護(hù)組織的團(tuán)結(jié)統(tǒng)一,嚴(yán)守黨的組織紀(jì)律、廉政紀(jì)律建設(shè)、嚴(yán)明黨的政治紀(jì)律、制定嚴(yán)格的財(cái)經(jīng)紀(jì)律。列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想有其鮮明的特點(diǎn),筆者從自覺(jué)性、統(tǒng)一性、平等性、民主性四個(gè)角度對(duì)之進(jìn)行了概括。列寧不僅繼承了馬克思、恩格斯有關(guān)黨的紀(jì)律思想,而且結(jié)合執(zhí)政時(shí)期的具體特點(diǎn),極大地豐富了馬克思、恩格斯有關(guān)黨的紀(jì)律的思想,特別是在無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)執(zhí)政黨的紀(jì)律建設(shè)上有其獨(dú)到的貢獻(xiàn)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是在共產(chǎn)國(guó)際幫助下建立的以馬克思列寧主義為指導(dǎo)的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨,嚴(yán)明紀(jì)律是我黨一以貫之的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。重新反思列寧的黨的紀(jì)律思想,對(duì)于新時(shí)期我黨推進(jìn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨、加強(qiáng)的紀(jì)律建設(shè)極具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, with the deepening of the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, the academic circles have launched a study on the party's discipline thought. On the basis of reading Lenin's original works on party building and absorbing relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper sums up and combs Lenin's thoughts on party discipline. In order to provide certain theoretical support for deepening the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, from the results of recent studies, scholars mainly focus on strengthening party discipline and the characteristics of party discipline in the study of Lenin's party discipline. Measures to strengthen Party discipline and the Contemporary value of Party Disciplinary thought. On the basis of absorbing these achievements, the author analyzes the connotation of Lenin's Party discipline and the importance, source and development of strengthening Party discipline. The main contents and characteristics, historical status and contemporary value of Lenin's Party discipline thought are systematically and comprehensively expounded. This paper begins with Lenin's Party discipline thought source and the importance of strengthening Party discipline. The meaning and importance of proletarian party discipline are discussed in detail. From its ideological source and development course, Lenin's Party discipline thought inherits Marx's and Engels' Party discipline thought. The author, in combination with the specific historical background of the time, and according to the historical tasks of different periods, focused on the development of Lenin's party discipline. The author thinks that its development has experienced four stages, and probes into the reasons, characteristics and internal rules of the division of each stage. On the basis of the overall understanding of the development of its discipline thought, The contents of Lenin's Party discipline thought are summarized and sorted out, which mainly include: resolutely safeguarding the unity and unity of the organization, strictly observing the Party's organizational discipline, building the discipline of a clean government, and enforcing the party's political discipline. To formulate strict financial discipline. Lenin's Party discipline thought has its distinctive characteristics. The author generalizes it from four angles of consciousness, unity, equality and democracy. Lenin not only inherited Marx, Engels' thoughts on party discipline, and combined with the specific characteristics of the ruling period, greatly enriched Marx's and Engels' thoughts on party discipline. Especially in the discipline construction of the ruling party of the proletariat. The Communist Party of China is a proletarian party guided by Marxism-Leninism with the help of the Communist International. Strict discipline is a fine tradition of our Party. Rethinking Lenin's thought of Party discipline is of great practical significance for our Party to advance the Party's comprehensive and strict administration of the Party in the new period and strengthen the construction of discipline.
