【摘要】：鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ),是黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程重要組成部分。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨不斷探索鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的路徑,形成了極具啟迪意義的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括:把堅(jiān)持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想,作為鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的首要前提;把堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義道路,作為鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的歷史主題;把推動(dòng)實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上的理論創(chuàng)新,作為鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題;把堅(jiān)持全面從嚴(yán)治黨,作為鞏固黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的根本保證。
[Abstract]:Consolidating the ruling foundation of the party is an important part of the new great project of party building. Since the reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has continuously explored the path of consolidating the ruling foundation of the party, and has formed a successful and enlightening experience. It includes: to insist on the people-centered development thought as the first prerequisite to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party to adhere to and develop the socialist road with Chinese characteristics as the historical theme of consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party; To promote the theoretical innovation on the basis of practice as the key issue to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party and to adhere to the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party as the fundamental guarantee to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party.
