【摘要】：黨的十一屆三中全會后,陳云領導中央紀委制定《關于黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準則》。他從無產(chǎn)階級政黨歷史使命的高度看待黨內(nèi)政治生活,精心組織,起草高質量高水準的《準則》;他警示"執(zhí)政黨的黨風問題是有關黨的生死存亡的問題",明確搞好黨風的基本思想,大力推動全黨落實《準則》;他強調(diào)黨性原則和黨的紀律不存在"松綁"的問題,在改革開放中始終堅持以《準則》為準繩加強和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活。這些思想和實踐對貫徹新老準則、推進全面從嚴治黨很有借鑒和指導意義。
[Abstract]:After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, Chen Yun led the Central Disciplinary Commission to formulate "some Standards on Inner-Party political Life." he looked at the party's political life from the perspective of the historical mission of the proletarian party and carefully organized it. He warned that "the issue of party conduct in the ruling party is an issue related to the survival or death of the party," and made clear the basic idea of doing a good job of the party's work style. He strongly urged the whole party to implement the "guidelines"; he stressed that there is no question of "loosening up" the party spirit principle and party discipline. In the course of reform and opening up, we always adhere to the "criterion" as the yardstick to strengthen and standardize the party's political life. These thoughts and practices are of great significance for the implementation of the new and old norms and the promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party.
