【摘要】：大學生黨員素質(zhì)提升工作關系到培養(yǎng)社會主義合格建設者和接班人,具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本研究以厘清大學生黨員素質(zhì)提升工作的研究基礎、相關概念和要素分析為前提,采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談兩種研究手段調(diào)查分析了當前大學生黨員素質(zhì)和高校黨建工作現(xiàn)狀;借助解釋結(jié)構模型技術,分析影響大學生黨員素質(zhì)狀況的因素及各影響因素之間的相互關系,繪制大學生黨員素質(zhì)影響因素解釋結(jié)構模型圖,該模型圖是一個含十三個影響因素的有向結(jié)構模型,分四個層級,層級從低到高分別為直接影響層、中間夾心層、高校保障層和宏觀影響層(該層級本文不做討論);從大學生黨員素質(zhì)解釋結(jié)構模型的研究結(jié)論出發(fā),探索提出高校大學生黨員素質(zhì)提升的對策:直接影響層要端正黨員入黨動機、提高自主能動性,激發(fā)黨員素質(zhì)提升的內(nèi)在動力,同時要確立標準、規(guī)范程序,把住黨員素質(zhì)提升的入口關;中間夾心層要重點加強黨員教育管理,抓住黨員素質(zhì)提升的主渠道;高校保障層要加強體制機制建設和增加組織投入,為大學生黨員素質(zhì)提升做好保障工作。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of college students' Party members, which is related to the cultivation of qualified constructors and successors of socialism. The purpose of this study is to clarify the research basis of improving the quality of college students' Party members. Based on the analysis of relevant concepts and elements, this paper investigates and analyzes the quality of college students' Party members and the current situation of party building in colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey and interview, and makes use of the technology of explaining the structure model. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of college students' Party members and the relationship between the factors, and draws the structural model diagram of the influencing factors of college students' Party members' quality, which is a directed structural model with thirteen influencing factors. There are four levels, which are direct influence layer, middle sandwich layer, college security layer and macro influence layer from low to high. (this level is not discussed in this paper. This paper probes into the countermeasures of improving the quality of college students' Party members: the direct influence layer should correct the Party members' motivation to join the Party, improve the independent initiative, stimulate the inherent motive force of improving the Party members' quality, and at the same time, establish the standards and standardize the procedures. We should keep the entrance to the quality improvement of party members; the intermediate sandwich layer should focus on strengthening the education and management of party members, and seize the main channels for improving the quality of party members; the security level in colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of institutional mechanisms and increase organizational input. To improve the quality of college students party members to do a good job of protection work.
