【摘要】：改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革政策的施行全面地推動(dòng)了我國(guó)非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,促使其逐步發(fā)展成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要力量。非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展壯大深刻地影響著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展變化,推動(dòng)著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整以及社會(huì)階層的日益分化。非公企業(yè)黨建是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨應(yīng)對(duì)這些社會(huì)變革的黨建創(chuàng)新工程。經(jīng)過多年的努力探索,我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建工作的效果顯著,組織覆蓋率和工作覆蓋率不斷提高,并且在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了日益重要的作用。但是,應(yīng)該注意的是,非公企業(yè)黨建畢竟是黨的建設(shè)的新興事物,仍然處在不斷探索的過程中,依然面臨著諸多不容忽視的問題。同非公企業(yè)黨建的組織覆蓋以及工作覆蓋的工作所取得的成績(jī)相比較,非公企業(yè)黨建制度建設(shè)的科學(xué)化水平及黨建的認(rèn)同度相對(duì)偏低等問題是我們必須引起重視的方面。因此,應(yīng)該把分析我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建制度建設(shè)的科學(xué)化水平及黨建的認(rèn)同度現(xiàn)狀,探索制約我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建的因素,并以此為依據(jù)提出相應(yīng)的完善措施作為深化探討我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建工作的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。論文嘗試著把政治學(xué)領(lǐng)域的“制度化”概念引入我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建工作的探討,以“制度化”為理論基礎(chǔ),輔之以福建泉州為個(gè)案研究,試圖比較全面系統(tǒng)地評(píng)估我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建制度建設(shè)的科學(xué)化水平以及非公企業(yè)黨建的認(rèn)同度,從而以此作為基礎(chǔ),提出加強(qiáng)我國(guó)非公企業(yè)黨建制度化建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)原則與路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the implementation of the economic reform policy has comprehensively promoted the development of China's non-public economy. The development of non-public ownership economy has a profound impact on the development and changes of our country's economy and society. The Party building of non-public enterprises is an innovative project for the Communist Party of China to deal with these social changes. After years of hard work exploration. The effect of party building in non-public enterprises in our country is remarkable, the coverage rate of organization and work is increasing, and it has played an increasingly important role in promoting economic and social development. However, we should pay attention to it. After all, the party building of non-public enterprises is a new thing in the party building, and it is still in the process of continuous exploration. There are still many problems that can not be ignored. Compared with the achievements of the organization coverage and work coverage of the party building in non-public enterprises. The scientific level of the construction of the party construction system and the relatively low degree of recognition of the party building in non-public enterprises are the problems that we must pay attention to. It is necessary to analyze the scientific level of the construction of the party construction system and the status quo of the identification degree of the party building in non-public enterprises of our country, and explore the factors restricting the party construction of the non-public enterprises in our country. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures as the key point to deepen the discussion on the party building work of non-public enterprises in China. The paper tries to institutionalize the political science field. Introduction of the concept of non-public enterprises in China's party building work. Based on the theory of "institutionalization" and supplemented by a case study of Quanzhou in Fujian Province, this paper attempts to assess the scientific level of the construction of the party construction system of non-public enterprises and the degree of approval of the party construction in non-public enterprises. On the basis of this, the guiding principle and path choice for strengthening the institutionalization of party building in non-public enterprises in our country are put forward.
