【摘要】:從歷時(shí)性的視角來(lái)考察和審視,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨新聞?shì)浾撍枷氪笾陆?jīng)歷了三個(gè)發(fā)展階段:一是形成之前的理論涵養(yǎng);二是成型之后的自我發(fā)展與完善;三是新媒體時(shí)代的思想創(chuàng)新。在這三個(gè)歷史發(fā)展區(qū)間,新聞?shì)浾搨鞑ソ?jīng)歷了一個(gè)嬗變的過(guò)程,即核心理念由先前的"宣傳"逐漸演變?yōu)楫?dāng)下的"引導(dǎo)"。輿論引導(dǎo)不僅是新聞?shì)浾撍枷肱c時(shí)俱進(jìn)的發(fā)展品質(zhì)和結(jié)晶,而且是新媒體時(shí)代爭(zhēng)奪輿論話語(yǔ)權(quán)和文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的策略與手段;不僅體現(xiàn)為輿論傳播由一元主體向二元主體的嬗變與轉(zhuǎn)型,以及對(duì)新聞傳播規(guī)律和效果的尊重與追求,而且作為輿論引導(dǎo)主體還要善于把輿論引導(dǎo)力的構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)化為新聞?shì)浾摴ぷ髡叩慕鈮浩髋c動(dòng)力源。
[Abstract]:From a diachronic angle of view, the Chinese Communist Party's thought of news and public opinion has undergone three stages of development: first, the theoretical self-cultivation before its formation; Second, the self-development and perfection after forming; The third is the ideological innovation in the new media era. In these three historical development periods, the news and public opinion communication has gone through a process of evolution. That is, the core idea gradually evolved from the previous "propaganda" to the current "guidance". Public opinion guidance is not only the development quality and crystallization of the news opinion thought with the times. Moreover, it is the strategy and means to fight for the right of public opinion and cultural leadership in the new media era. It is not only reflected in the transmutation and transformation of the communication of public opinion from the monolithic subject to the dual subject, but also the respect and pursuit of the law and effect of news communication. Moreover, as the main body of public opinion guidance, we should be good at transforming the construction of public opinion guidance force into the decompression device and power source of media workers.
