[Abstract]:In the light of the increasing macroeconomic downward pressure , the increase of uncertainties and risks faced by the steel enterprises , especially the state - owned steel enterprises , President Xi Jinping ' s important speech at the party ' s construction work meeting of the state - owned enterprises has provided strong support and strong impetus to further unify the thought , firm confidence , play the Party building advantage of the state - owned enterprises , and promote the smooth realization of the core task objectives . As a provincial state - owned metallurgical enterprise with an annual output of 3 million tons , the Shanxi Steel Group Co . , Ltd . ( hereinafter referred to as the Shanxi Steel Group Co . , Ltd . ) has thoroughly implemented the leadership of the Party to the state - owned enterprises and strengthened the Party ' s construction .
