【摘要】：正1)2015年4月,我國修改發(fā)布了《中華人民共和國計量法》。申明:制定本法是"為了加強計量監(jiān)督管理,保障國家計量單位制的統(tǒng)一和量值的準確可靠,有利于生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易和科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,適應(yīng)社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的需要,維護國家、人民的利益"。宣布:"國家采用國際單位制。國際單位制計量單位和國家選定的其他計量單位,為國家法定計量單位。國家法定計量單位的名稱、符號由國務(wù)院公布。非國家法定計量單位應(yīng)當廢除。廢除
[Abstract]:In April 2015, China revised and promulgated the Metrology Law of the people's Republic of China. It is stated that this Law is formulated "in order to strengthen the supervision and management of metrology, to ensure the unity of the unit system of measurement and the accuracy and reliability of the value, to facilitate the development of production, trade, science and technology, to meet the needs of socialist modernization, and to safeguard the interests of the country and the people." It is announced that: "the state adopts the international unit system. The international unit system of measurement and other units of measurement selected by the state shall be the national legal units of measurement. The name of the national legal unit of measurement shall be promulgated by the State Council. The non-state legal unit of measurement shall be abolished. Abrogated.
