【摘要】：科學(xué)傳播作為科學(xué)史、科學(xué)哲學(xué)與傳播學(xué)的交叉學(xué)科,承擔(dān)著將科學(xué)技術(shù)以文化知識(shí)形式傳達(dá)給大眾、把科學(xué)家的“專業(yè)化私有知識(shí)”轉(zhuǎn)化為社會(huì)理解公共知識(shí)的任務(wù)。其中科學(xué)文化正是科學(xué)研究的價(jià)值理念及其制度化表達(dá),是在科學(xué)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上擴(kuò)大到支撐科學(xué)發(fā)展的文化概念�？茖W(xué)文化類圖書作為傳播科學(xué)文化的重要媒介力量,在提高大眾的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)之外,也以圖書這一文化積淀深厚的樣態(tài),營造著崇尚科學(xué)、探索科學(xué)的良好氣氛。然而,我國科學(xué)文化圖書的出版發(fā)行,卻是在改革開放之后不斷摸索的前行,尤其是出版社與作者間產(chǎn)生了諸多難以調(diào)和的矛盾。本文以中國石油大學(xué)戈革教授為例,重點(diǎn)研究以其畢生作品《尼耳斯·玻爾集》為代表的科學(xué)文化類圖書在出版過程中所遇到的困境,并延伸至科學(xué)傳播的相關(guān)問題。鑒于以科學(xué)史為工作重點(diǎn)的科學(xué)傳播者戈革與其主要研究對(duì)象丹麥物理學(xué)家尼耳斯·玻爾的知名度一般,文章在第一章梳理科學(xué)傳播與中國科學(xué)文化類圖書的出版現(xiàn)狀之后,第二章就戈革生平、研究方向、尼耳斯·玻爾的學(xué)術(shù)成就做出一定介紹;第三章重點(diǎn)分析戈革遇到的出版困境;第四章是以戈革的出版矛盾為例分別從出版機(jī)制和出版規(guī)范入手,分析相關(guān)的沖突;最后第五章則是對(duì)于戈革的出版困境從國家、國民、大眾媒體三方面得出啟發(fā),為優(yōu)質(zhì)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)的科學(xué)傳播進(jìn)行總體上的論述。為了更了解戈革當(dāng)時(shí)所處的出版、工作環(huán)境,筆者就戈革家人、與戈革共事編輯、科學(xué)傳播學(xué)者、出版界人事進(jìn)行了采訪,以分析編校失誤較多、出版周期過長、多家出版社無人接手的無奈困境�？傮w而言,像戈革這樣才華橫溢卻無人知曉的作者很多,若能在良好的學(xué)科環(huán)境下遇到會(huì)賞識(shí)的出版社還好,但在規(guī)范日漸缺失的圖書行業(yè)中、科學(xué)素養(yǎng)一般的社會(huì)背景下,他的圖書難以出版也就不可避免了。
[Abstract]:As an interdisciplinary subject in the history of science, philosophy of science and communication, science communication undertakes the task of transferring science and technology to the public in the form of cultural knowledge and transforming the "specialized private knowledge" of scientists into social understanding of public knowledge. Scientific culture is the value concept of scientific research and its institutionalized expression, which is expanded to the cultural concept to support the development of science on the basis of scientific knowledge. Science and culture books as an important medium to spread science and culture, in addition to improving the scientific literacy of the public, but also with the book this cultural accumulation of a profound model, creating a good atmosphere of advocating science and exploring science. However, the publication and distribution of scientific and cultural books in our country is constantly groping forward after the reform and opening up, especially between the publishing house and the author, there are many contradictions that are difficult to reconcile. Taking Professor Gog of China University of Petroleum as an example, this paper focuses on the difficulties encountered in the publication of scientific and cultural books represented by his lifelong work, Niels Bohr, and extends to the related problems of science communication. In view of the general popularity of Gog, the science communicator whose focus is on the history of science, and his main research object, Danish physicist Niels Bohr, the first chapter reviews the current situation of science communication and the publication of Chinese science and culture books. The second chapter introduces the life and research direction of Gog and the academic achievements of Niels Bohr. The third chapter focuses on the publishing dilemma encountered by Gog, and the fourth chapter takes the publication contradiction of Gog as an example to analyze the related conflicts from the publishing mechanism and the publication norms. Finally, the fifth chapter is about the publication dilemma of Gog from the country, the people, the mass media three aspects of inspiration, for the quality of scientific and cultural knowledge of the overall discussion of science dissemination. In order to better understand the publishing and working environment in which Gog lived at that time, the author conducted interviews with the Gog family, co-editors, scientific communicators, and personnel of the publishing community, in order to analyze that there were more errors in editing and editing, and that the publication cycle was too long. Many publishing houses no one to take over the helpless plight. In general, there are many talented but unknown authors like Gog, and it would be nice to meet publishers that would appreciate it in a good academic environment, but in the social context of the general scientific literacy in the book industry, which is becoming less and less standardized, It is inevitable that his books will be difficult to publish.
