【摘要】：《近代以來上海圖書出版人力資源變遷初探(1930年至今)》綜合運用了歷史學(xué)、社會學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論和研究方法,在對上個世紀(jì)30年代以來的上海圖書出版業(yè)的概況進行了大致描述的同時,也對各個歷史時期背景下的出版機構(gòu)、出版人力資源及其管理的情況作了基本的梳理。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,借助個案研究的方法和現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的基本思想,對1930年代的商務(wù)印書館、中華書局、開明書店以及改革開放時期的兩家市屬出版社,一家綜合性大學(xué)出版社的從業(yè)人員及其管理制度進行了重點調(diào)查和研究。最后,通過對上海80年來書業(yè)人力資源發(fā)展與變化的論述與比較,將論文最終落腳在“變遷”二字,從而引發(fā)大家對當(dāng)今圖書出版人力資源的思考。
[Abstract]:A preliminary study on the changes of Human Resources in Books and Publications in Shanghai since 1930. The relevant theories and research methods such as history, sociology, communication, management and so on have been comprehensively applied. In this paper, the general situation of Shanghai book publishing industry since the 1930s is described. At the same time, the publishing institutions, publishing human resources and their management under the background of each historical period are also combed out. On this basis, with the help of the method of case study and the basic idea of modern human resource management, this paper analyzes the business press, Zhonghua bookshop, enlightened bookshop and two municipal publishing houses in the period of reform and opening up. The staff of a comprehensive university publishing house and its management system were investigated and studied. Finally, through the discussion and comparison of the development and change of the human resources in Shanghai over the past 80 years, the paper is finally settled in the word "vicissitude", thus causing people to think about the human resources of book publishing today.
