【摘要】：在當(dāng)下新媒體飛速發(fā)展的語(yǔ)境之下,分析我國(guó)高碼洋時(shí)尚期刊業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,并進(jìn)而探討其持續(xù)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略選擇具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章從波特的"五力模型"視角出發(fā)對(duì)我國(guó)高碼洋時(shí)尚期刊產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)前我國(guó)高碼洋時(shí)尚期刊業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈,同時(shí)面臨替代品威脅較大、客戶價(jià)格談判能力升高等持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。高碼洋時(shí)尚期刊應(yīng)積極實(shí)施差異化戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建獨(dú)特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)以應(yīng)對(duì)5種力量帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the rapid development of the new media, it is of great practical significance to analyze the industrial environment of our country's high-code fashion and periodical industry, and then to explore the competitive strategy of its sustainable development. This paper analyzes the industrial environment of high-code fashion periodicals in China from the perspective of Porter's "five Force Model". The results show that the competition of high code fashion and periodical industry in our country is very fierce at present, at the same time, it faces the realistic predicament of sustainable development, such as the great threat of substitute and the increase of customer price negotiation ability. High-code fashion journals should actively implement differentiation strategy and construct unique competitive advantages to meet the challenges brought by five kinds of forces.
