【摘要】：國(guó)家出版基金是出版社在傳統(tǒng)出版項(xiàng)目可以獲得的最高級(jí)別的中央財(cái)政資金,對(duì)出版社策劃出版"立得住、留得下、傳得遠(yuǎn)"的社會(huì)效益顯著的精品出版物起著重要的支撐作用。本文結(jié)合中國(guó)水利水電出版社在國(guó)家出版基金項(xiàng)目全程管理上的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),介紹了在國(guó)家出版基金項(xiàng)目全程管理方面的一點(diǎn)探索與實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The State Publishing Fund is the highest level of central financial funds that publishers can obtain in traditional publishing projects. The excellent publications with outstanding social benefits play an important supporting role. Based on the practice and experience of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Publishing House in the whole course management of the national publishing fund project, this paper introduces the exploration and practice in the whole course management of the national publishing fund project.
