出版集團(tuán)競爭力評價(jià)模型與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】: 集團(tuán)化是我國出版產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路,是提高我國出版產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的一種有效的模式。由于我國出版集團(tuán)大都是依靠政府的行政手段進(jìn)行橫向的聯(lián)合或縱向的整合而形成的,難免出現(xiàn)各成員單位在經(jīng)營上各自為戰(zhàn)、在資源上相互爭奪的情況,導(dǎo)致集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為了調(diào)和各方面的矛盾,不得不在經(jīng)營管理上保留一定的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的色彩。這種折中,使得出版集團(tuán)從“外觀”上看規(guī)模不小,但實(shí)際競爭力卻沒有得到多少提高。因此,客觀評價(jià)出版集團(tuán)的競爭力并給出發(fā)展建議,顯得尤為重要。 本文在深入研究出版集團(tuán)的特征、外部環(huán)境和影響出版集團(tuán)競爭力的因素的基礎(chǔ)上,力求從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面研究探索出一套比較適用的出版集團(tuán)競爭力的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評價(jià)方法。通過分析企業(yè)競爭力的含義和企業(yè)集團(tuán)的定義,探討了出版集團(tuán)競爭力的內(nèi)涵、特征及競爭的外部環(huán)境,綜合出版集團(tuán)競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取方法,構(gòu)建了出版集團(tuán)競爭力評價(jià)模型。出版集團(tuán)子公司多、涉及范圍廣,對其競爭力進(jìn)行評價(jià)時(shí)往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)信息傳遞不準(zhǔn)確,對某些定性指標(biāo)評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不明確的情況。常用的評價(jià)方法的比較表明,模糊灰色評價(jià)法在評價(jià)該類問題上具有較好的效果。本文遵循一系列指標(biāo)選取原則,建立了出版集團(tuán)競爭力評價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,并明確了各指標(biāo)的含義。確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重時(shí),再次結(jié)合出版集團(tuán)的特點(diǎn),采用了基于格柵獲取和模糊Borda數(shù)方法。最后以湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)為對象,對其競爭力的評價(jià)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)合本文的指標(biāo)體系,通過查詢資料、邀請相關(guān)管理者、專家打分收集了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。基于格柵獲取和Borda數(shù)方法以及模糊灰色評價(jià)法,得到了該集團(tuán)競爭力的評價(jià)結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步對結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,給出了提升出版集團(tuán)競爭力的建議。
[Abstract]:Collectivization is the only way for the development of China's publishing industry and an effective mode to improve the international competitiveness of our publishing industry. As most of the publishing groups in our country are formed by horizontal or vertical integration through the administrative means of the government, it is inevitable that each member unit will fight for its own business and compete for each other in terms of resources. In order to reconcile the contradictions, the group leaders have to retain a certain color of planned economy in operation and management. This compromise makes the publishing group look large from the "appearance", but the actual competitiveness has not been much improved. Therefore, it is particularly important to objectively evaluate the competitiveness of publishing groups and give suggestions for development. Based on the in-depth study of the characteristics of the publishing group, the external environment and the factors affecting the competitiveness of the publishing group, This paper tries to explore a set of suitable evaluation index system and evaluation method of publishing group competitiveness from both theoretical and empirical aspects. By analyzing the meaning of enterprise competitiveness and the definition of enterprise group, this paper probes into the connotation, characteristics and external environment of competitiveness of publishing group, and the method of selecting evaluation index of competitiveness of comprehensive publishing group. The competitiveness evaluation model of publishing group is constructed. There are many subsidiary companies of publishing group, which involve a wide range. When evaluating their competitiveness, the information transmission is not accurate and the evaluation criteria of some qualitative indexes are not clear. The comparison of the commonly used evaluation methods shows that the fuzzy grey evaluation method has a good effect on the evaluation of this kind of problems. Following a series of index selection principles, this paper establishes an index system for evaluating the competitiveness of publishing groups, and clarifies the meaning of each index. When determining the weights of each index, combining the characteristics of publishing group again, the method of grid-based acquisition and fuzzy Borda number is adopted. Finally, Hunan Publishing Investment holding Group is taken as an example to analyze its competitiveness. Combined with the index system of this paper, the relevant managers and experts are invited to collect the basic data by querying the data. Based on the grid acquisition, Borda number method and fuzzy grey evaluation method, the evaluation results of the competitiveness of the group are obtained, the results are further analyzed, and the suggestions for improving the competitiveness of the publishing group are given.
