【摘要】：正在GB/T 7714—2005《文后參考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)則》中,對(duì)于用西文和漢語(yǔ)拼音字母書(shū)寫(xiě)的人名中的姓采用什么字母,并沒(méi)有做出要求性的規(guī)定,僅在示例中全部采用了大寫(xiě)字母,表示在著錄實(shí)踐中姓的全部字母都大寫(xiě)和僅首字母大寫(xiě)均可。
[Abstract]:In GB/T 7714-2005 , there is no requirement for the use of letters in names written in both Western and Chinese phonetic alphabets. Only in the examples are all capitalized letters indicating that in practice all the letters of the surnames are capitalized and only the first letters are capitalized.
