【摘要】：進(jìn)入后改制時(shí)代,出版企業(yè)作為真正的市場(chǎng)主體參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),需要不斷做出各種決策應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)。在這一新階段,總編室應(yīng)在繼續(xù)履行好管理、服務(wù)和協(xié)調(diào)職能的基礎(chǔ)上,利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì),更新和強(qiáng)化參謀職能,通過(guò)履行參謀職能,實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)、方案設(shè)計(jì)、追蹤評(píng)價(jià)等功能,為出版企業(yè)決策者提供智力支持。
[Abstract]:In the post-restructuring era, publishing enterprises, as the real market participants, need to make various decisions to deal with the market.
