[Abstract]:[objective] to establish a multi-channel accurate communication system based on network technology and digital technology in order to improve the breadth and accuracy of the content dissemination of sci-tech periodicals. [methods] taking the practice of computer Research and Development as an example, This paper puts forward a multi-channel accurate communication system running through the whole life cycle of manuscripts, expounds the characteristics of manuscripts in different stages, and according to the needs and preferences of readers, With the establishment and gradual improvement of the communication system, the number of downloads and the citation rate of the papers published in computer Research and Development increased significantly, and the media attention increased. This promotes the maximization of the periodical publicity effect and the promotion of the periodical influence.
