【摘要】：本研究選取13家A股出版上市公司,以2010—2015年為研究期間,運用線性回歸分析方法對其現(xiàn)金持有水平影響因素進行實證分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),出版上市公司現(xiàn)金持有水平與資產(chǎn)負債率、現(xiàn)金替代物顯著負相關(guān),與股權(quán)集中度顯著正相關(guān)。在對成長性進行進一步分類后發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)金流量和債務(wù)期限結(jié)構(gòu)對高成長性出版上市公司現(xiàn)金持有水平有較顯著影響,資本性支出對低成長性出版上市公司現(xiàn)金持有水平有一定影響。最后指出,出版上市公司應(yīng)適當調(diào)整其資本結(jié)構(gòu),加大短期證券投資力度,完善公司治理結(jié)構(gòu),正確處理好成長性與現(xiàn)金持有的關(guān)系等。
[Abstract]:In this study, 13 A-share publishing listed companies were selected to analyze the influencing factors of their cash holdings using linear regression analysis during the period of 2010-2015. The results show that the level of cash holding of publishing listed companies is negatively correlated with the ratio of assets and liabilities, cash substitutes, and positively correlated with the degree of equity concentration. After further classification of growth, it is found that cash flow and debt maturity structure have significant influence on cash holding level of listed companies with high growth. Capital expenditure has certain influence on cash holding level of low growth publishing companies. Finally, it is pointed out that publishing listed companies should adjust their capital structure appropriately, increase short-term securities investment, perfect corporate governance structure, and correctly handle the relationship between growth and cash holdings.
