中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設研究

【摘要】:信息化是當今世界經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的大趨勢,也是中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。大力推進國民經(jīng)濟和社會信息化,是覆蓋現(xiàn)代化建設全局的戰(zhàn)略舉措并已被確立為中國重要的國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)肩負著宣傳馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想,弘揚先進文化的偉大歷史使命。在經(jīng)濟全球化和社會信息化的今天,中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)不但面臨市場需求多樣化和競爭主體多元化的考驗,而且還要面對數(shù)字出版、電子商務帶來的巨大沖擊,信息化已成為推進企業(yè)發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)競爭力的必然選擇。信息技術已開始運用于圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)流程再造、經(jīng)營管理和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,開始從戰(zhàn)術層次應用向戰(zhàn)略層次應用、從局部應用向全局和全面應用發(fā)展。未來十年是中國圖書發(fā)行業(yè)面臨大調(diào)整、大變革的十年,這種調(diào)整和變革的根本原因是信息技術在圖書發(fā)行領域的應用。為此,中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)加大了對信息系統(tǒng)建設、電子商務和數(shù)字出版領域的研究和探索。研究信息技術對中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)的影響,尋找圖書發(fā)行界在信息化建設中應采取的措施和對策,是本論文研究的目的。 本論文在界定圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化概念、內(nèi)容的基礎上,分析信息技術對圖書發(fā)行業(yè)的影響,總結(jié)中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,并從電子商務、數(shù)字出版、保障體系等方面進一步研究中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展方向,希望在中國圖書發(fā)行業(yè)信息化建設與發(fā)展的研究上有所突破。 在論文中,作者嘗試建立中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設模型。作者認為:國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設是一個復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,要加快中國圖書發(fā)行產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要從宏觀和微觀(企業(yè))兩個層面推進信息化建設。宏觀層面,需要優(yōu)化行業(yè)管理體系,加強有關法律建設,加大對新型圖書發(fā)行模式的政策扶持,打造大型圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)集團和加快出版發(fā)行行業(yè)標準化建設。微觀(企業(yè))層面,需要構(gòu)建適應信息化建設的企業(yè)文化;制定和執(zhí)行企業(yè)信息技術標準;在流程再造基礎上建立ERP(企業(yè)資源計劃)、CRM(客戶關系管理)等信息系統(tǒng);全面開展電子商務并迅速介入數(shù)字出版物發(fā)行。 本論文以湖南新華發(fā)行集團為典型案例,剖析中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)在信息化建設方面的工作,介紹他們在ERP系統(tǒng)建設、電子商務平臺建設和數(shù)字出版物發(fā)行系統(tǒng)建設方面的規(guī)劃及設想,希望能為中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)的信息化建設提供借鑒和參考。 論文內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第1章:引言。闡述中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設研究目的和背景,歸納國內(nèi)外相關研究成果,在此基礎上提出本論文的研究內(nèi)容。 第2章:中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設情況。在對圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化相關概念、內(nèi)涵進行界定的基礎上,厘清中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設應包涵的內(nèi)容,提出國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設模型,分析信息技術對圖書發(fā)行業(yè)的影響,總結(jié)我國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設歷史與現(xiàn)狀。 第3章:電子商務在中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設中的應用。在這一章中,首先介紹了電子商務定義、內(nèi)涵和表現(xiàn)形式;然后分析國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)實施電子商務背景和必要性,介紹圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)電子商務需求;最后就中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)實施電子商務的原則、方案和風險防范措施提出了自己的看法。 第4章:數(shù)字出版對國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化的影響與對策。作者在厘清數(shù)字出版定義、類型和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基礎上,總結(jié)了數(shù)字出版快速發(fā)展原因,研究了國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化與數(shù)字出版之間的關系,分析了國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)開展數(shù)字出版物營銷的可行性和策略。 第5章:中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設保障體系。在這一章,就掣肘中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設的有關問題進行研究和剖析,提出中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)為了有效推進信息化建設必須進行流程再造,加強企業(yè)文化建設,做好IT規(guī)劃,重視行業(yè)技術標準的制定與實施。同時提出,良好的信息化宏觀外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部信息化管理機制也是中國國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化健康發(fā)展的基礎。 第6章:研究結(jié)論及局限。在這一章中,提出了國有圖書發(fā)行企業(yè)信息化建設是一個系統(tǒng)工程,需要從宏觀和微觀兩個方面進行推進,同時對本研究存在的局限進行了說明。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of economic and social development in the world today. It is also the key link of upgrading and realizing industrialization and modernization of China's industrial structure. Vigorously promoting national economy and social information is a strategic measure to cover the overall situation of modernization and has been established as the national development strategy of China.
The state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China shoulder the great historical mission of propagandizing Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", and carrying forward the great historical mission of advanced culture. In today's economic globalization and social informatization, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises not only face the diversification of market demand and diversification of competition subjects. It is also an inevitable choice to promote the development of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Information technology has begun to be used in the process reengineering, management and industrial structure adjustment of the book distribution enterprises, and began to apply from the tactical level to the strategic level, from the part of the application to the strategic level. In the next ten years, the basic reason for the adjustment and change is the application of information technology in the field of book issuance. For this reason, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises have increased the research on the field of information system construction, electronic commerce and digital publishing. It is the purpose of this paper to study and explore the influence of information technology on the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China and to find the measures and countermeasures that the book distribution circle should take in the construction of information technology.
On the basis of defining the concept and content of the information technology, this paper analyzes the influence of information technology on the publishing industry of books, summarizes the history and current situation of the information construction and development of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China, and further studies the informatization of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises from the aspects of electronic commerce, digital publishing and security system. We hope to make breakthroughs in the research of information construction and development in China's book industry.
In this paper, the author tries to establish the information construction model of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprise. The author thinks that the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprise is a complex system project. To accelerate the development of the Chinese book publishing industry, it is necessary to promote the information construction from two aspects of macro and micro (enterprise). We should strengthen the management system of the industry, strengthen the relevant legal construction, strengthen the policy support to the new book issuing mode, build the large book distribution enterprise group and accelerate the standardization construction of the publishing and publishing industry. On the basis of reengineering, we established ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other information systems, and launched e-commerce in an all-round way and quickly involved in the issue of digital publications.
This paper, taking the Hunan Xinhua Publishing Group as a typical case, analyzes the work of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises in the construction of information technology, and introduces their plans and ideas on the construction of ERP system, the construction of electronic commerce platform and the construction of digital publication distribution system. It is hoped that it can be used for the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China. Provide reference and reference.

The first chapter: introduction. In this chapter, it first introduces the definition, connotation and manifestation of e-commerce, and then analyzes the background and necessity of the implementation of electronic commerce in the state-owned Book issuing enterprises, and introduces the needs of the e-business of the book issuing enterprises; finally, the state chart of China is made. The book publishers put forward their own views on the principles, schemes and risk prevention measures for implementing e-commerce.
The fourth chapter: the influence and Countermeasure of digital publishing to the informatization of state-owned Book issuing enterprises. On the basis of clarifying the definition, type and development status of digital publishing, the author summarizes the reasons for the rapid development of digital publishing, studies the relationship between the information and digital publishing of the state-owned Book issuing Enterprises, and analyses the number of state-owned Book issuing enterprises. The feasibility and strategy of the marketing of the character publications.
The fifth chapter: the information construction guarantee system of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China. In this chapter, the problems related to the information construction of the Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises are studied and analyzed. In order to effectively promote the construction of the information construction, the Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises must carry out the process reengineering, strengthen the construction of the enterprise culture, and do a good job of IT Planning, attach importance to the formulation and implementation of industry technical standards. The sixth chapter: the conclusions and limitations of the study. In this chapter, it is proposed that the information construction of state-owned Book issuing enterprises is a systematic project, which needs to be promoted from two aspects of macro and micro aspects, and the limitations of this research are also explained.
