【摘要】：針對(duì)中小型出版社普遍存在責(zé)權(quán)不分明、管理疊床架屋等問題,高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者尤應(yīng)發(fā)掘樂于授權(quán)、決策果斷、善于溝通、規(guī)劃愿景等特質(zhì),促力發(fā)行工作的良好開展。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the responsibility and power are not clear and the superimposed houses are managed in the middle and small publishing houses, the senior leaders should find out the characteristics such as being willing to authorize, making decisions decisively, being good at communicating, planning, and so on, so as to promote the good development of the issuing work.
