【摘要】：隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,國(guó)外越來(lái)越多的出版企業(yè)調(diào)整經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方式去適應(yīng)新時(shí)期的發(fā)展需要。本文從介紹國(guó)外出版發(fā)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀入手,結(jié)合當(dāng)下國(guó)外出版業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的特點(diǎn),包括綜合化服務(wù)的傳統(tǒng)出版商、多元化的盈利模式、創(chuàng)新化的出版形式、科學(xué)化的內(nèi)部管理、信息化的管理手段等,分析國(guó)外出版發(fā)行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最后得出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the mobile Internet era, more and more foreign publishing enterprises adjust their management to meet the needs of the development of the new era. This paper begins with the introduction of the present situation of foreign publishing and distribution industry, and combines the characteristics of current foreign publishing industry management, including traditional publishers with comprehensive services, diversified profit models, innovative publishing forms, and scientific internal management. This paper analyzes the development trend of foreign publishing and distribution industry, and finally draws a conclusion.
