【摘要】：俄羅斯出版業(yè)歷經(jīng)蘇聯(lián)時期的繁榮和俄羅斯社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的衰落,其發(fā)展軌跡一波三折,令人深思。進入21世紀,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)把俄羅斯納入全球信息網(wǎng)絡,置身數(shù)字化時代,俄羅斯出版業(yè)面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇,發(fā)展前景變得更加廣闊,具體表現(xiàn)為:出版商實行并購整合,出現(xiàn)集團化趨勢,強強合作,提升核心競爭力;政府加大對文化出版業(yè)的扶持力度,實施"文化走出去"戰(zhàn)略;順應國際出版業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,力爭多元化立體化的出版格局。
[Abstract]:Russia's publishing industry experienced the prosperity of the Soviet Union and the decline of the Russian social transformation period, and its development path was twists and turns, which made people think deeply. In the 21st century, the Internet has brought Russia into the global information network. In the digital age, the Russian publishing industry is facing new challenges and opportunities, and the prospects for development have become even broader. There appears the trend of collectivization, strong cooperation and promotion of core competitiveness; the government strengthens the support to the cultural publishing industry and implements the strategy of "going out of culture"; conforms to the development trend of the international publishing industry and strives for a diversified and three-dimensional publishing pattern.
