【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的輿論傳播更具有廣泛性、復(fù)雜性和互動(dòng)性,它時(shí)刻影響著人們的思維方式、價(jià)值取向和思想觀念�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)傳播的諸多特點(diǎn)和復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì),要求高校學(xué)報(bào)主動(dòng)為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策提供理論支撐。高校學(xué)報(bào)也有為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策提供理論支撐的光榮傳統(tǒng)和雄厚實(shí)力。高校學(xué)報(bào)為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策提供理論支撐的質(zhì)量,取決于路徑的選擇。高校學(xué)報(bào)應(yīng)該明確方向定位,整合校內(nèi)外科研隊(duì)伍,搭建研究平臺(tái),加大對(duì)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策的解讀和傳播力度,營(yíng)造國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策傳播的輿論氛圍,為改革開(kāi)放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供強(qiáng)大的理論支撐。
[Abstract]:The communication of public opinion in the Internet era is more extensive, complex and interactive, and it affects people's thinking mode, value orientation and ideology all the time. The characteristics of Internet communication and the complicated and changeable situation at home and abroad require the journals of colleges and universities to provide theoretical support for the national strategic decision. University journals also have a glorious tradition and strong strength to provide theoretical support for national strategic decisions. The quality of academic journals providing theoretical support for national strategic decisions depends on the choice of paths. The journals of colleges and universities should have a clear orientation, integrate the scientific research team inside and outside the university, build a research platform, increase the interpretation and dissemination of the national strategic decision, and create a public opinion atmosphere for the dissemination of the national strategic decision. To reform and opening up and socialist modernization drive to provide a strong theoretical support.
