【摘要】：【目的】深入了解中國(guó)科協(xié)刊群現(xiàn)狀,為未來(lái)刊群建設(shè)提供參考�！痉椒ā咳嬲{(diào)查中國(guó)科協(xié)所屬204個(gè)全國(guó)學(xué)會(huì)辦刊情況及刊群建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,分析刊群形成的動(dòng)力機(jī)制及面臨的問題,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀提出刊群建設(shè)的措施�！窘Y(jié)果】中國(guó)科協(xié)辦刊規(guī)模達(dá)到10種及以上的23個(gè)全國(guó)學(xué)會(huì)共主辦或參與主辦期刊564種;現(xiàn)有刊群分為專業(yè)學(xué)會(huì)刊群、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聚合刊群、出版社或期刊社刊群。中國(guó)科協(xié)刊群建設(shè)受到了期刊體制改革的驅(qū)動(dòng),是刊群內(nèi)在發(fā)展和期刊自身發(fā)展的要求,同時(shí)也面臨出版管理體制制約、數(shù)字技術(shù)應(yīng)用落后、持續(xù)發(fā)展能力欠缺等問題�！窘Y(jié)論】科技期刊可在了解已有刊群建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn),選擇參與以行政、資本、技術(shù)或?qū)W科為紐帶進(jìn)行刊群建設(shè)的路徑。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the current situation of journals of China Association of Science and Technology (CSTA), and to provide reference for the construction of periodicals in the future. [methods] A comprehensive investigation was made on the running and construction of periodicals of 204 national societies affiliated to the Chinese Association of Science and Technology (CSTA). This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the formation of journal groups and the problems they face, and puts forward some measures for the construction of periodicals groups. [results] there are altogether 564 kinds of journals sponsored or participated in by 23 national societies of China Science and Technology Association, which have run journals on a scale of 10 or more. The existing journals are divided into professional journals group, network journal group, publishing house or periodical group. The periodical group construction of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology is driven by the reform of the periodical system, which is the requirement of the development of the journal group and the development of the periodical itself. At the same time, it is also facing the restriction of the publishing management system and the backward application of digital technology. [conclusion] on the basis of understanding the present situation of periodical group construction, sci-tech periodicals can choose the way to participate in the construction of journal group through administrative, capital, technical or disciplinary ties on the basis of their own characteristics.
