【摘要】：女性編輯在高校學報編輯隊伍中占有很大的比重,為我國高校學報的發(fā)展做出了很大貢獻.通過用SWOT分析法,對高校學報女性編輯的內(nèi)部資源與外部環(huán)境進行了剖析,并從組織、編輯部、個人3個方面提出促進女性編輯實現(xiàn)自我發(fā)展的建議,為更好地發(fā)揮高校學報女性編輯在職場中的作用、提高高校學報編輯隊伍的整體水平提供參考.
[Abstract]:Female editors occupy a large proportion in the editorial team of college journals, and make a great contribution to the development of College Journals in China. Through the analysis of the internal resources and external environment of the female editors of College Journals by SWOT analysis, and from the 3 aspects of organization, editorial department and individual, the construction of self-development of female editors is put forward.
