【摘要】：當(dāng)前數(shù)字出版專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)滯后于行業(yè)發(fā)展,不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求。數(shù)字出版專業(yè)需要從行業(yè)發(fā)展的角度來(lái)明確人才素質(zhì)構(gòu)成和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。因此,數(shù)字出版專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)可以從教育理念和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)方式方法,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校數(shù)字出版專業(yè)人才供給與行業(yè)發(fā)展需求的最佳平衡。
[Abstract]:At present, the training of digital publishing professionals lags behind the development of the industry, and can not meet the needs of the market. Digital publishing specialty needs to make clear the composition of talent quality and training goal from the angle of industry development. Therefore, the cultivation of digital publishing professionals can improve the quality of talents training from the aspects of educational idea and training goal, curriculum design, innovative talent training mechanism, teachers' construction, etc. To achieve the best balance between the talent supply of digital publishing specialty and the development demand of the industry.
