【摘要】：【目的】評(píng)估7種優(yōu)秀中文臨床醫(yī)學(xué)期刊隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)(RCT)摘要報(bào)告質(zhì)量,為提高我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊RCT摘要報(bào)告質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)�！痉椒ā吭谌f(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中檢索7種臨床醫(yī)學(xué)期刊近年來(lái)發(fā)表的RCT文獻(xiàn),根據(jù)《期刊與學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議論文摘要中報(bào)告隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)的CONSORT聲明》評(píng)估摘要報(bào)告質(zhì)量�！窘Y(jié)果】檢索到RCT文獻(xiàn)284篇,摘要條目總體報(bào)告率為41.10%~50.00%,平均報(bào)告率為46.03%�！吨腥A兒科雜志》《中華內(nèi)科雜志》《中華眼科雜志》2011—2013年稿約中無(wú)摘要CONSORT要求,RCT摘要條目報(bào)告率平均為45.38%,2014—2016年稿約中有摘要CONSORT要求,摘要條目報(bào)告率平均為45.11%。摘要條目中,目的和結(jié)論報(bào)告率最高,報(bào)告率為100%,分配隱藏方法、試驗(yàn)注冊(cè)、標(biāo)題、試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)等條目報(bào)告率較低�！窘Y(jié)論】我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊RCT摘要報(bào)告質(zhì)量有待提高,尤其應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)針對(duì)標(biāo)題、試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、是否采用盲法、分析例數(shù)、試驗(yàn)注冊(cè)等條目的報(bào)告。期刊編輯應(yīng)當(dāng)重視并且主動(dòng)承擔(dān)RCT摘要規(guī)范化的責(zé)任,保證RCT摘要的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the quality of summary reports of seven excellent Chinese clinical medical journals in randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs). In order to provide the basis for improving the quality of RCT summary reports in Chinese medical journals. [methods] Seven clinical medical journals published in recent years were searched for RCT in Wanfang database. [results] 284 articles of RCT were retrieved according to the CONSORT statements of randomized controlled trials reported in the abstract of papers of journals and academic conferences, and the quality of summary reports was evaluated. The total reporting rate of items was 41.100.The average reporting rate was 46.03.No abstract CONSORT was required in the 2011-2013 draft of < Chinese Journal of Pediatrics > Chinese Journal of Medicine > Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology, and the average reporting rate of summary items was 45.38%. The average item reporting rate was 45.11. Among the items, objective and conclusion report rate is the highest, the reporting rate is 100, the distribution of hidden methods, experimental registration, title, experimental design and other items reporting rate is relatively low. [conclusion] the quality of RCT summary report in Chinese medical journals needs to be improved. In particular, we should strengthen the report on the title, experimental design, blind method, analysis of the number of examples, test registration, etc. Periodical editors should take the responsibility of standardization of RCT abstracts and guarantee the quality of RCT abstracts.
