【摘要】：文章從筆者工作中遇到的案例和問題入手,抽絲剝繭,分析了有聲書行業(yè)發(fā)展中需要解決的版權瓶頸問題,對有聲書的版權問題從立法原理、操作運用和制度建議等幾個層面進行中外對比,并做了深入探討和建議分析。
[Abstract]:Starting with the cases and problems encountered in the author's work, this paper analyzes the problems of copyright bottleneck in the development of audiobook industry and analyzes the legislative principles of the copyright problems of audio books. The operation application and system suggestion are compared at home and abroad, and the suggestions are analyzed.
