[Abstract]:The 19th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that our country has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After 10 years of promoting development, universal reading has also stood at a new starting point for entering the next decade of development. From November 14 to 15, the Boao National Reading Forum 2017 was held at the Boao Forum for Asia International Convention Center in Hainan Province, from all over the country. People who are committed to promoting universal reading come together to talk about the new era of universal reading. Liu Binjie, Chairman of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the National people's Congress, sent a congratulatory letter.
