【摘要】:企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的謀略,是對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展中整體性、長(zhǎng)期性、基本性問(wèn)題的謀劃。2008年的金融危機(jī)給出版行業(yè)帶來(lái)了經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)上的挑戰(zhàn),也給出版行業(yè)帶來(lái)了出版業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的契機(jī)。在新的出版行業(yè)背景和條件下湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán))如何選擇合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、在夾縫中謀求生存和發(fā)展,已成當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 首先,本文介紹了湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略研究的背景,闡述了本文研究的理論意義和實(shí)際意義,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于出版行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)研究,并提出了本文的研究思路和研究方法。其次,以湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,研究其發(fā)展過(guò)程以及出版行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的性質(zhì)和特點(diǎn),從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)等方面對(duì)湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了綜合分析,再?gòu)膬?nèi)部資源、內(nèi)部能力等方面對(duì)湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用SWOT分析了公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略分析的結(jié)果,確定企業(yè)可行的戰(zhàn)略方向。戰(zhàn)略選擇上,采取主導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)以增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略為主,同時(shí)尋求其他投資機(jī)會(huì)也實(shí)施多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后本文基于加快產(chǎn)權(quán)體制改革完善法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制并提升管理品質(zhì)、優(yōu)化人力資源管理、強(qiáng)化財(cái)務(wù)管理和樹(shù)立品牌形象等方面,對(duì)湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作了初步設(shè)想,并提出了相應(yīng)的實(shí)施措施。 本文的研究表明,企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略決定了企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向與目標(biāo),明確企業(yè)應(yīng)該進(jìn)入或者退出哪些領(lǐng)域,明確自己在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所處的地位,有利于提高企業(yè)的獲利能力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,謀求給企業(yè)帶來(lái)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展和不斷的成功。通過(guò)對(duì)湖南出版投資控股集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,對(duì)其他國(guó)有企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一個(gè)可參考的范本。
[Abstract]:The strategy of enterprise development is a strategy for the development of the enterprise. It is a plan for the overall, long-term and basic problems in the development of the enterprise. The financial crisis of.2008 years has brought the challenge to the publishing industry and brought the publishing industry a turning point in the strategic transformation of the publishing industry. Under the background and conditions of the new publishing industry, the Hunan Publishing Investment How to choose the rational development strategy of the holding Refco Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group) has become a top priority in the pursuit of survival and development in the gap.
First, this paper introduces the background of the study on the strategic research of the Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group, expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study, reviews the relevant research on the publishing industry strategy at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper. Secondly, the research object is to study the investment holding group in Hunan. The nature and characteristics of the development process and the publishing industry market are analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of political, economic, social and technical aspects of the external environment of the Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group, and then the internal environment of the Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group is analyzed from the internal resources and internal capabilities. On this basis, the SWOT is applied to the investment holding group. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company are analyzed. According to the results of the strategic analysis, the feasible strategic direction of the enterprise is determined. In the strategic choice, the dominant business is based on the growth strategy, and the other investment opportunities are sought, and the diversification strategy is also implemented. To innovate management mechanism and improve management quality, optimize human resource management, strengthen financial management and establish brand image, the development strategy of Hunan's Publishing Investment Holding Group is preliminarily conceived, and corresponding measures are put forward.
The research of this paper shows that the development strategy of the enterprise determines the direction and goal of the development of the enterprise. It is clear that the enterprise should enter or withdraw from the field, clear the position of its own in the market competition, improve the profitability and economic benefit of the enterprise, and seek to bring stable development and continuous success to the enterprise. The development strategy of Nan Publishing Investment Holding Group provides a reference model for the development of other state-owned enterprises.
