【摘要】：當(dāng)前是我國出版業(yè)快速發(fā)展且面臨劇烈變革的時代,只有加強行業(yè)管理、行業(yè)指引,才能促進出版業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。而在其過程中,出版行業(yè)協(xié)會的作用至關(guān)重要。隨著出版行業(yè)市場經(jīng)濟化程度加深,出版行業(yè)協(xié)會的重要性會不斷顯現(xiàn)出來。在出版行業(yè)協(xié)會的建設(shè)過程中,組織架構(gòu)是功能設(shè)置的"外衣",功能設(shè)置是組織架構(gòu)的內(nèi)核,這兩者都是協(xié)會發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的產(chǎn)物,但也共同為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供實施基礎(chǔ)。在全球范圍內(nèi),無論是組織架構(gòu)方面還是功能方面,美國出版商協(xié)會都是一個很好的參照物和借鑒對象。當(dāng)前對出版行業(yè)協(xié)會的研究中,沒有對美國出版商協(xié)會的組織架構(gòu)和功能建設(shè)情況進行詳細的個案研究,這為本文提供了研究空間。因此,本文選取了美國出版商協(xié)會的組織架構(gòu)及其功能作為研究分析對象,分析其組織架構(gòu)的設(shè)計依據(jù)和結(jié)果,探討其功能設(shè)置的具體內(nèi)容,并據(jù)此對比我國出版行業(yè)協(xié)會,針對組織架構(gòu)和功能設(shè)置兩個方面的問題提出啟示。本文共分為五個部分。第一部分從研究背景與研究意義入手,通過整理與行業(yè)協(xié)會和中外出版行業(yè)協(xié)會相關(guān)的文獻內(nèi)容,對行業(yè)協(xié)會的定義、性質(zhì)、特點、功能進行界定,并梳理了中外出版行業(yè)協(xié)會的對比研究,得出兩者間的起源差別和組織體系差別。第二部分主要介紹美國出版商協(xié)會(AAP)的概況,通過考證其誕生和背景、歸納其基本工作、分析其會員機制、總結(jié)其特性,從四個方面來闡明AAP的基本情況。第三部分借用組織架構(gòu)理論為基礎(chǔ),以組織架構(gòu)的"設(shè)計依據(jù)——具體內(nèi)容"為邏輯,從兩個方面深入分析AAP組織架構(gòu)。設(shè)計依據(jù)包括同類協(xié)會架構(gòu)參考,以及外部環(huán)境和協(xié)會戰(zhàn)略的要求。具體內(nèi)容則涉及部門設(shè)置、部門職能規(guī)劃與界定和運轉(zhuǎn)流程。第四部分詳細分析了 AAP的功能。協(xié)會功能可以分為行業(yè)維護功能和行業(yè)發(fā)展功能,但是該部分從AAP功能的生發(fā)來源入手,將協(xié)會功能進一步細分為維權(quán)服務(wù)功能、行業(yè)自律功能、行業(yè)規(guī)劃與促進功能和信息服務(wù)功能,并對此展開分析。第五部分通過將美國出版商協(xié)會與我國出版行業(yè)協(xié)會就組織架構(gòu)和功能兩個方面進行對比,試圖為我國出版行業(yè)協(xié)會建設(shè)總結(jié)出一些啟示。
[Abstract]:At present, the publishing industry in our country is developing rapidly and facing drastic changes. Only by strengthening the industry management and industry guidance can we promote the further development of the publishing industry. And in its process, the publishing industry association's function is very important. With the deepening of the publishing industry market economy, the importance of publishing industry associations will continue to appear. In the process of construction of publishing industry association, organizational structure is the "coat" of function setting, and function setting is the core of organizational structure. Both of them are the product of the association's development strategy, but they also provide the basis for the implementation of the development strategy. All over the world, the American Publishers Association is a good reference and reference for both organizational and functional aspects. At present, there is no detailed case study on the organizational structure and function construction of American Publishers Association in the research of publishing industry association, which provides the research space for this paper. Therefore, this paper selects the organization structure and its function of the American Publishers Association as the research object, analyzes the design basis and the result of its organization structure, probes into the concrete content of its function setting, and compares the publishing industry association of our country accordingly. Two aspects of the organizational structure and function set up for inspiration. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part begins with the background and significance of the research, and defines the definition, nature, characteristics and functions of the trade association by sorting out the literature contents related to the trade association and the Chinese and foreign publishing industry associations. And combed the Chinese and foreign publishing industry association contrast research, obtains the origin difference and the organization system difference between the two. The second part mainly introduces the general situation of American Publishers Association (AAP), through textual research its birth and background, induces its basic work, analyzes its membership mechanism, summarizes its characteristic, from four aspects to elucidate the basic situation of AAP. The third part uses the theory of organizational structure as the basis, taking the "design basis-specific content" of the organizational structure as the logic, and deeply analyzes the organizational structure of AAP from two aspects. The design basis includes the reference of the same kind of association structure, as well as the external environment and the requirements of the association strategy. The specific content involves the department establishment, the department function plan and the definition and the operation flow. The fourth part analyzes the function of AAP in detail. The function of association can be divided into industry maintenance function and industry development function, but this part starts with the origin of AAP function, and further subdivides the function of association into the function of safeguarding rights service, the function of industry self-discipline. Industry planning and promotion function and information service function, and the analysis of this. The fifth part compares the organizational structure and function between the American Publishers Association and the Chinese Publishing Industry Association, and tries to sum up some enlightenment for the construction of the publishing industry association in China.
