【摘要】:出版社人才培養(yǎng)需要根據(jù)崗位不同、級(jí)別不同進(jìn)行針對(duì)性培訓(xùn),對(duì)新員工提出"青苗計(jì)劃"、對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)骨干提出"精鷹計(jì)劃",對(duì)中層干部提出"接班人計(jì)劃",對(duì)高層干部提出"火車頭計(jì)劃"。出版業(yè)應(yīng)通過一系列基層、中高層的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃打造出版行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:Publishing house personnel training needs to be based on different posts, different levels of targeted training, We put forward the "Young Miao Plan" for the new employees, the "Jingying Plan" for the business backbone, the "successor plan" for the middle-level cadres, and the "locomotive plan" for the high-level cadres. The publishing industry should build a leading team of publishing professionals through a series of grassroots, mid-and high-level training programs.
