【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷發(fā)展使得媒體內(nèi)容的復(fù)制、發(fā)布變得極為容易,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵權(quán)的集中場(chǎng)所,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的版權(quán)法律提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。文章以網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下數(shù)字新媒體保護(hù)制度為切入點(diǎn),分析數(shù)字新媒體對(duì)版權(quán)保護(hù)領(lǐng)域提出的挑戰(zhàn),提出數(shù)字新媒體版權(quán)管理的法律法規(guī)建設(shè)思路,以期為數(shù)字新媒體的版權(quán)保護(hù)提供相應(yīng)的理論支持和政策建議。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of the network makes the reproduction and distribution of media content extremely easy. The Internet has become a centralized place for network infringement, which poses a new challenge to the traditional copyright law. Based on the digital new media protection system under the network environment, this paper analyzes the challenges posed by the digital new media to the field of copyright protection, and puts forward the ideas for the construction of the laws and regulations for the copyright management of the new digital media. In order to provide corresponding theoretical support and policy recommendations for the copyright protection of digital new media.
