【摘要】： 黨的十七大報(bào)告從四個(gè)方面深入闡述了推動(dòng)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的重大使命。出版業(yè)歷來都是文化建設(shè)的主力軍,肩負(fù)著傳承民族文化、發(fā)揚(yáng)民族文化、推動(dòng)民族文化發(fā)展的歷史重任。隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)出版逐漸向數(shù)字出版轉(zhuǎn)型。因此,如何發(fā)揚(yáng)數(shù)字出版對(duì)文化建設(shè)的推動(dòng)作用,怎樣解決數(shù)字出版在推動(dòng)文化建設(shè)過程中存在的問題等有很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)字出版發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用唯物主義辯證法,用聯(lián)系的、發(fā)展的、全面的觀點(diǎn)研究出版的歷史發(fā)展及其與文化建設(shè)的關(guān)系,分析當(dāng)今數(shù)字出版對(duì)文化建設(shè)產(chǎn)生的積極作用和消極影響。積極作用主要體現(xiàn)在建設(shè)和傳播社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系、推動(dòng)當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義大眾化、促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和加速信息全球化發(fā)展進(jìn)程等方面;消極影響主要反映在版權(quán)保護(hù)問題、網(wǎng)絡(luò)沉迷問題、不良文化的傳播和外來文化的沖擊等方面。文章最后運(yùn)用問題研究法重點(diǎn)對(duì)如何趨利避害,充分發(fā)揮數(shù)字出版對(duì)文化建設(shè)的積極推動(dòng)作用提出具體研究對(duì)策,認(rèn)為發(fā)展數(shù)字出版要建立技術(shù)、法律和高科技的監(jiān)控平臺(tái)、要將其列入新聞出版業(yè)戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)、要堅(jiān)持以人為本的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、要建設(shè)公平正義的和諧文化和追求人文精神與科技進(jìn)步的互動(dòng)互補(bǔ)。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) expounds in depth the great mission of promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture in four aspects.Publishing industry has always been the main force of cultural construction, shouldering the historical responsibility of inheriting national culture, carrying forward national culture and promoting the development of national culture.With the rapid development of information technology, traditional publishing is gradually transforming to digital publishing.Therefore, how to carry forward the role of digital publishing in promoting cultural construction and how to solve the problems existing in the process of promoting the cultural construction of digital publishing have high research value.On the basis of the research on the development of digital publishing at home and abroad, this paper studies the historical development of publishing and its relationship with cultural construction by means of materialist dialectics, with the view of connection, development and comprehensive.This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of digital publishing on cultural construction.The positive role is mainly reflected in the construction and dissemination of the socialist core value system, the promotion of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China, the development of cultural industry and the acceleration of the development process of information globalization.The negative effects are mainly reflected in copyright protection, Internet addiction, the spread of bad culture and the impact of foreign culture.Finally, the paper puts forward concrete research countermeasures on how to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, give full play to the positive role of digital publishing in promoting cultural construction, and holds that the development of digital publishing should establish a monitoring platform of technology, law and high technology.In order to put it into the strategic focus of press and publication industry, we should adhere to the value orientation of people-oriented, build a harmonious culture of fairness and justice, and pursue the interactive and complementary relationship between humanistic spirit and scientific and technological progress.
