【摘要】：在中華文化"走出去"的戰(zhàn)略背景下,外語期刊作為跨文化溝通的橋梁,有必要樹立國際辦刊理念,深化國際合作意識;突出多語種、多層次特色,提升辦刊質量;鼓勵跨學科研究成果,促進國際學術交流;提高編輯隊伍的專業(yè)水平和國際化程度;加強網絡平臺建設,豐富國際專家數據庫;建設外語期刊群,推動期刊研究。
[Abstract]:In the background of the strategy of "going out" of Chinese culture, foreign language journals as the bridge of intercultural communication, it is necessary to establish an international publication idea, deepen international cooperation consciousness; prominent multilingual, multi-level characteristics, improving the quality; encourage interdisciplinary research, promote international academic exchanges; professional level and improve the degree of internationalization of editing team; strengthen the construction of network platform, enrich the international expert database; the construction of foreign language periodicals, promote research journals.
