【摘要】：出版業(yè)轉型升級的最終方向必然是為目標用戶提供全方位、立體化、多層次、多介質的知識服務。出版社開展知識服務需要遵循戰(zhàn)略策劃、模式策劃、資源采集、資源組織和資源應用等流程。相對于圖書館知識服務而言,出版社開展的知識服務,無論是擴展性的知識服務還是定制化的知識服務,其性質、特點和內容都有著鮮明的不同之處,這也意味著出版社開展知識服務具有良好的社會效益和經濟效益。
[Abstract]:The final direction of the transformation and upgrading of publishing industry is to provide comprehensive, three-dimensional, multi-level and multi-medium knowledge service for the target users.Publishing houses need to follow the process of strategic planning, mode planning, resource collection, resource organization and resource application.Compared with the library knowledge service, the nature, characteristics and contents of the knowledge service carried out by the publishing house, whether it is extended knowledge service or customized knowledge service, are different from each other.This also means the publishing house carries out the knowledge service to have the good social benefit and the economic benefit.
