【摘要】：知識服務(wù)代表了出版服務(wù)未來的發(fā)展趨勢,也是傳統(tǒng)出版社數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的現(xiàn)實需求,已經(jīng)成為業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點。文章首先從必要性和可行性的視角解讀數(shù)字出版知識服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵,提出從知識服務(wù)的過程出發(fā)構(gòu)建一個較為通用的知識服務(wù)模式,并以此模式對數(shù)字出版知識服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析總結(jié),提出推動知識服務(wù)發(fā)展的3種措施。
[Abstract]:Knowledge service represents the development trend of publishing service in the future, and it is also the realistic demand of digital transformation of traditional publishing house. Firstly, this paper interprets the connotation of digital publishing knowledge service from the perspective of necessity and feasibility, and proposes to construct a general knowledge service mode from the process of knowledge service. Based on this model, this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the development of digital publishing knowledge service, and puts forward three measures to promote the development of digital publishing knowledge service.
