【摘要】：正2014年6月至12月,國家版權局會同國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息辦公室、工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部聯(lián)合開展了"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項行動,這是四部門針對網(wǎng)絡侵權盜版的第10次亮劍。一、周密部署,全面深入推進"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項行動2014年6月11日,國家版權局等四部門聯(lián)合下發(fā)通知,啟動了"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項行動。6月12日,國家版權局在京組織召開全國版權行政執(zhí)法監(jiān)管工作座談會,對專項行動進行了動員部署。本次專項行動將保護數(shù)字版權、規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡轉(zhuǎn)載、支持依法維權、嚴懲侵權盜版作為重點任務,確定了開展版權法制宣傳、進行全面清理檢查、發(fā)動群眾投訴舉報、建立快速處理機制、查處侵權盜版案件和完
[Abstract]:From June 2014 to December, the State copyright Administration, together with the State Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Public Security, jointly launched the "Jian net 2014" special operation. This is the tenth time that the four departments have lit up the sword against copyright infringement and piracy on the Internet. Carefully deployed, comprehensively and deeply promoted the "Jian net 2014" special action June 11th 2014, the National copyright Administration and other four departments jointly issued a notice to launch the "Jian net 2014" special action. June 12th, The State copyright Administration organized a national forum on copyright administrative law enforcement and supervision in Beijing to mobilize and deploy the special action, which will protect digital rights, standardize network reprinting, and support safeguarding rights in accordance with the law. Severe punishment of copyright infringement and piracy is a key task. It has decided to carry out copyright legal publicity, conduct a comprehensive clean-up and inspection, mobilize the masses to complain and report, establish a quick handling mechanism, and investigate and deal with piracy cases and cases.
