【摘要】：雖然大學出版社近幾年改革發(fā)展特色突出、出版成績顯著,但也存在著出版業(yè)普遍存在的庫存高、品種過剩、精品缺乏以及利潤率走低等問題。對此,大學出版社必須加強供給側結構性改革。本文在總結當前大學出版社基本發(fā)展形勢的基礎上,分析了大學出版社在應對市場與行業(yè)大勢、產(chǎn)品供應、內(nèi)部管理等供給側的主要"痛點",并從思想認識、組織管理、宏觀作為、微觀謀劃等方面給出了消除痛點、深化供給側改革的突圍之路。
[Abstract]:Although the reform and development characteristics of university publishing houses in recent years are outstanding and their publishing achievements are remarkable, there are still some problems in the publishing industry, such as high inventory, excessive variety, lack of fine goods and low profit margins, and so on. University Press must strengthen supply-side structural reform. On the basis of summarizing the current basic development situation of university publishing house, this paper analyzes the market and industry trend and product supply of university publishing house. The main "pain point" of supply side such as internal management, and from the aspects of thought understanding, organization management, macroscopical action, microcosmic plan and so on, gives the way to eliminate pain point and deepen supply-side reform.
