【摘要】：《中華水文化書(shū)系》及其數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目作為中央財(cái)政文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資金支持的重大出版工程,其編纂、出版及數(shù)字化建設(shè)的過(guò)程是一項(xiàng)繁雜的系統(tǒng)工程。文章全面回顧了項(xiàng)目策劃、組織并實(shí)施的全過(guò)程,總結(jié)了實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)和個(gè)人體會(huì),同時(shí)思考了項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作中的問(wèn)題和不足,對(duì)下一步做好大型出版項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作管理有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The book on Chinese water culture and its digitization project, as a major publishing project supported by the special fund for the development of the central financial and cultural industry, has been compiled, The process of publishing and digitizing construction is a complicated system engineering. This paper reviews the whole process of project planning, organization and implementation, summarizes the implementation experience and personal experience, and considers the problems and shortcomings in the project operation. For the next step to do a good job in the operation and management of large-scale publishing projects have reference significance.
