【摘要】：正2015年4月9日,國家數(shù)字復合出版系統(tǒng)工程啟動大會在北京召開,這標志著國家數(shù)字復合出版系統(tǒng)工程進入全面啟動與建設實施的重要階段。工程"生逢其時,恰逢其勢",先后于2006年和2012年被明確列入《國家"十一五"時期文化發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》和《國家"十二五"時期文化改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》。近兩年來,工程的啟動準備工作穩(wěn)步推進,從2014年9月工程項目招標公告發(fā)布,到2015年1月工程應用試點單位申報啟動,再到2月工程標準包項目在京啟動
[Abstract]:On April 9th 2015, the National Digital Composite Publishing system Project Start-up Conference was held in Beijing, which marked an important stage for the National Digital Composite Publishing system Project to be fully started and implemented. On 2006 and 2012, respectively, they were explicitly included in the outline of the National Cultural Development Plan for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the outline for Cultural Reform and Development during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
