【摘要】：黨報(bào)是中國共產(chǎn)黨各級(jí)組織的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào),在中國,黨報(bào)一直是新聞傳播事業(yè)中非常重要的組成部分。《河北日?qǐng)?bào)》創(chuàng)刊于1949年8月1日,是中共河北省委的機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)。也是我國黨報(bào)陣營里的一支重要梯隊(duì)。2009年7月1日,《河北日?qǐng)?bào)》在即將迎來創(chuàng)刊60周年紀(jì)念日之時(shí)進(jìn)行了一次全新的改版。其中,在三版新增設(shè)了“七天網(wǎng)事點(diǎn)擊”專欄,通過此專欄來整合梳理網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息,并以黨報(bào)的視角和立場來解讀梳理網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱點(diǎn)事件,將同樣的網(wǎng)事注以不一樣的關(guān)注,為我省各級(jí)黨政機(jī)關(guān)干部和廣大讀者了解河北輿情提供服務(wù),從而在新的社會(huì)輿論引導(dǎo)格局下更好更有效地發(fā)揮黨報(bào)的輿論引導(dǎo)功能。在如今網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)不斷飛速發(fā)展、媒介融合已成為大趨勢的情況下,此專欄可以說是黨報(bào)或者地方黨報(bào)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)合的一種新嘗試、新形式。該專欄不僅在內(nèi)容板塊上,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱點(diǎn)精心設(shè)置選題,在評(píng)論文風(fēng)上也結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言特點(diǎn),樹立獨(dú)特的評(píng)論文風(fēng)。與此同時(shí),專欄也存在著缺乏與網(wǎng)民、讀者的互動(dòng),以及本地新聞涉及較少等不足,有待改進(jìn)與提高,進(jìn)一步更好的發(fā)揮地方黨報(bào)輿論引導(dǎo)的功能。
[Abstract]:The party newspaper is the organ of the Communist Party of China at all levels. In China, the party newspaper has always been a very important part of the cause of news and communication. The Hebei Daily was founded in August 1st 1949. It is the official newspaper of Hebei Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is also an important echelon in the party newspaper camp of our country. July 1st 2009. "Hebei Daily" is about to usher in the 60th anniversary of the publication of a new revision. Among them, in the third edition of a new "seven-day website click" column, through this column to comb the network information. And from the perspective and position of the party newspaper to sort out the network hot events, the same online events with different concerns, for our provincial cadres at all levels of party and government organs and the vast number of readers to understand Hebei public opinion to provide services. In order to better and more effectively give play to the party newspaper's function of public opinion guidance under the new social public opinion guidance pattern. Now the network information technology is developing at full speed, the media fusion has become the big trend. This column can be said to be a new attempt and a new form of combination of the party newspaper or local party newspaper with the network. This column not only in the content plate, combined with the network hot spots carefully set the topic. At the same time, the column also has some shortcomings such as lack of interaction with netizens, readers, and less involvement of local news. Need to improve and improve, further better play the role of local party newspaper public opinion guidance.
