【摘要】：數(shù)字出版平臺是由數(shù)字出版主導企業(yè)主導,若干相關企業(yè)、機構和個人在一定標準和規(guī)則統(tǒng)攝下共建共享共贏的、介于數(shù)字出版企業(yè)(含機構和個人)和數(shù)字出版市場之間的中間性組織,具有數(shù)字出版生產、傳播、社交、交易、消費和治理,以及信息數(shù)據(jù)的管理開發(fā)等基本的多元功能。其本質是以威權(命令)機制和價格機制來協(xié)調數(shù)字出版產業(yè)分工、協(xié)作、交易等經濟活動的一種制度安排。
[Abstract]:Digital publishing platform is led by digital publishing leading enterprises, a number of related enterprises, institutions and individuals under the control of certain standards and rules to build and share win-win. Intermediate organization between digital publishing enterprises (including institutions and individuals) and the digital publishing market, with digital publishing production, communication, social, transaction, consumption and governance. The essence of the system is to coordinate the division of labor, cooperation, transaction and other economic activities of digital publishing industry with the mechanism of authoritarianism (command) and price.
