【摘要】：1916年夏天,北京大學(xué)預(yù)科生茅盾進(jìn)入商務(wù)印書(shū)館�？偨�(jīng)理張?jiān)獫?jì)對(duì)其定位為"試辦生"。張?jiān)獫?jì)很快從茅盾的一封便箋性質(zhì)的信中發(fā)現(xiàn)了其才情,讓編輯所所長(zhǎng)高夢(mèng)旦把茅盾安排到充滿挑戰(zhàn)的崗位上去歷練。茅盾抓住機(jī)遇,開(kāi)始了在商務(wù)十年的迅速成才之路。他憑著天賦與勤奮,在五四新文化運(yùn)動(dòng)中嶄露頭角。綜觀茅盾的成名之路,可以看出,是中國(guó)最大的出版機(jī)構(gòu)商務(wù)印書(shū)館,最早成就了新派編輯家茅盾,同時(shí)又成就了作家茅盾和評(píng)論家茅盾。
[Abstract]:In the summer of 1916, Mao Dun, a prep student at Peking University, entered the Commercial Press. Zhang Yuanji, the general manager, positioned him as a "pilot student." Zhang Yuanji quickly found his talent in a letter of the nature of Mao Dun's note. Let Gao Mengdan, director of the editorial Institute, put Mao Dun into a challenging position.
