【摘要】："工匠精神"是對工作的一種傾心熱愛、認真負責、精益求精、鍥而不舍、吃苦耐勞、創(chuàng)新求異的職業(yè)態(tài)度與自我完善精神。書刊出版領域亟須弘揚這一精神,以打造一流出版單位和精品書刊。新時期,應將精益求精的"工匠精神"貫穿編輯出版工作的全過程,融入包括細節(jié)在內(nèi)的每一個環(huán)節(jié),積極繼承、弘揚"匠心獨運"的創(chuàng)新精神,大力營造以"工匠精神"為特色的出版企業(yè)文化。
